Performance Features:

(1) The machine is used after grading of pellet feed before entering of finished product bin. It is applied to powder or granule material, crushing material, expanded and extruded material.

(2) Spraying oil on the surface of granule feed(liquid adding proportion is ≤25%) to produce special high-energy feed. Spraying coating on the surface of granule feed to polish feed with more market competitive.

(3) In order to compensate the loss of original nutrition during expanding and extruding process, spraying some coatings is necessary including heat sensitive vitamins, special phytase, spices, plant oil and organic acid.

(4) Spraying animal fat allows easy preservation with a uniform coating on the surface of feed.
